WeAdSocial policies
Terms & Conditions
Last updated: October 19, 2026
These terms explain the general basis for using the WeAdSocial website and discussing our services. A written proposal or service agreement sets out the specific terms of a project. Questions can be sent to weadsocial@gmail.com.
Our services and project agreements
WeAdSocial provides digital marketing and creative services, including short-form video, user-generated-style content, paid advertising management, search engine optimization, blog content, email marketing, landing pages and website development.
Website descriptions are an introduction to these services, not a complete statement of every project’s deliverables. Before work starts, the agreed proposal should identify the scope, responsibilities, fees, payment arrangements, schedule, revisions and any ongoing commitments. A consultation request alone does not authorize a project or a payment.
The specific written agreement governs the relevant service where it differs from these general terms, subject to rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Changes to scope, budgets or deliverables should be confirmed in writing.
Client information, access and approvals
Clients are responsible for providing accurate instructions, timely feedback and materials they are entitled to use. Necessary account access should be granted securely and limited to the work. The proposal should identify which items require approval before publication, launch or expenditure.
Delays in receiving information, access or approvals may affect the delivery schedule. If requirements change, the parties should agree any effect on timing and fees before the additional work proceeds.
Fees and third-party costs
Fees, payment dates and any renewal or cancellation arrangements are those agreed for the project. Advertising spend, hosting, domains, software, stock assets and other third-party costs should be identified separately where applicable; they are not automatically included in a service fee. Additional spend requires the authorization provided in the agreement or separately in writing.
Cancellation and refund requests are handled under the agreed scope and our Refund Policy, without limiting applicable mandatory consumer rights.
Content, ownership and permissions
Clients retain their rights in materials they supply. The proposal or service agreement should specify the ownership or licence for final deliverables, any payment conditions for transfer, and whether source files or working files are included. Third-party assets remain subject to their respective licences.
Neither party should assume permission to publish confidential information, use the other’s brand in a case study or reuse materials outside the agreed purpose. Any such permission should be confirmed separately.
Results and external platforms
Marketing performance depends on factors such as the offer, audience, budget, competition, platform rules and customer behaviour. We do not guarantee a particular ranking, number of leads, sales result, advertising approval or return on investment merely because a service is described on this website. Examples are illustrative and are not promises of identical results.
Advertising networks, search engines, social platforms, hosting providers and other external services have their own terms and availability. Changes or interruptions affecting those services may require the project plan to be reviewed.
Responsible website use
Do not use this website to submit unlawful or misleading material, impersonate someone, send spam, interfere with security or attempt unauthorized access. Website articles and resources provide general information, not advice tailored to every business or situation. External links are provided for convenience and do not give WeAdSocial control over another website.
Concerns, updates and your rights
If something is unclear or a service concern arises, contact weadsocial@gmail.com with the relevant project details so it can be reviewed. Nothing on this page removes rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
We may update these general website terms and show the revised date here. An update does not by itself change an existing signed project agreement. Personal information is addressed in our Privacy Policy.
